1. How to get there?

Bus route 100 and 160 from Tromsø Center. Check www.svipper.no for updated timetables.  

Rent a car - 1 hour drive through epic scenary.

Ask us for options if you have trouble getting here, and we will help you arrange transport. 

2. What to bring? 

Always bring warm clothes, regardless of season. Recommended clothing when dog sledding is:

Inner layer of wool
Middle layer of wool or fleeze 
Water/windproof winter jacket and pants 
Winter boots above ancle level 
Hat, scarf and gloves 

Don't forget your camera to capture your experience.

3. I booked a dog sledding trip, but it's no snow 

No snow, no problem. If the snow conditions are poor, we will arrange a cart tour instead. The cart has 4 wheels and no motor. A guide will still join you, and you also get to steer yourself if you want to. The view of the mountains and nature will be the same.
